To je ozbiljno mentalno oboljenje. Depresija je mnogo vise od osec\u0301aja tuge ili osecaja da Vam je dosta svega koje traje nekoliko dana.<\/p><p data-block-key=\"8csl7\">Vec\u0301ina ljudi prolazi kroz periode depresije, ali kada ste depresivni, osec\u0301ate se tuzno i ocajno nedeljama ili mesecima.<\/p><p data-block-key=\"2ojjn\">Neki ljudi misle da je depresija trivijalna i da nije pravo zdravstveno stanje. To je gre\u0161ka - produzeno stanje tuge  je prava bolest sa stvarnim simptomima. Depresija nije znak slabosti ili stanja iz kojeg mo\u017eete da se \u201eizvu\u010dete\u201c ako ste dovoljno jaki.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e44e420 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e44e420\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"dcr-125vfar translation-block\">Svaka druga osoba je imala neki oblik depresivnih simptoma 2021. godine<\/p><p>Blagu depresiju je imalo 70% osoba od ukupnog broja registrovanih pacijenata.<\/p><p>Srednje tezak oblik depresije je imalo 20% pacijenata, a tezi oblik 10% pacijenata u Srbiji.<\/p><p>Ukupan broj osoba koje \u017eive sa depresijom porastao je za 18,4% u periodu od 10 godina.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b4693ad elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b4693ad\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Koji su uzroci depresije?<\/h2><p>Postoje mnogo razlicitih faktora:<\/p><ul><li>nagomilan umor<\/li><li>monotonija i dosada svakodnevnog zivota<\/li><li>godsinja doba, sivo, oblacno vreme<\/li><li>nepravedne optuzbe<\/li><li>gubitak posla, finansijske poteskoce<\/li><li>gubitak ili odvajanje od voljene osobe, razvod, smrt...<\/li><li>uzrok depresije moze biti i hormonski poremecaj, npr. postporodjajna depresija ili kao posledica menopauze.<\/li><\/ul><p>Simptomi depresije se mogu pojaviti i bez o\u010diglednog razloga. Tu treba napomenuti da genetski faktori mogu izazvati samo naslednu predispoziciju za melanholi\u010dna stanja. Ipak, to ne zna\u010di da ljudi sa predispozicijom treba da odustanu. Odgovarajuc\u0301i na\u010din \u017eivota i prevencija deprsivnih simptoma u velikoj meri poma\u017eu u sprecavanju pojave depresije.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-87c0130 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"87c0130\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Simptomi depresije<\/h3><p>Pored svega navedenog, jedan od uzroka depresivnih stanja mogu biti negativne informacije sa raznih strana. Negativne informacije prodiru pravo u srce i neprimetno se akumuliraju. Ako pogo\u0111ena osoba ne prona\u0111e na\u010din da se oslobodi negativnosti, mo\u017ee doci do formiranja matrice\/ bolesti.<\/p><p>Ubrzo psiha pokazuje prve signale-simptome o problemu: napetost, anksioznost, lo\u0161e raspolo\u017eenje, poremec\u0301en san, pesimizam. Ovo su prvi znaci upozorenja da nadolazi depresija.<\/p><p>Ako se situacija ne poboljsa, mozak takvu osobu \u201eisklju\u010duje\u201c iz nepravilnog na\u010dina \u017eivota i jednostavno uklju\u010duje mehanizam depresije.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d27eb99 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d27eb99\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Sledec\u0301a faza je kada se razviju klasi\u010dni simptomi depresije:<\/p><ul><li>duboka \u010de\u017enja<\/li><li>umor i nedostatak energije<\/li><li>\"fantomska bol\" u grudima<\/li><li>nedostatak volje<\/li><li>osecaj krivice i bezvrednosti<\/li><li>nemir ili nervoza<\/li><li>nedostatak samopouzdanja i samopo\u0161tovanja<\/li><li>nesposoban da u\u017eiva\u0161 u stvarima koje ti obi\u010dno donose zadovoljstvo<\/li><li>osecaj bespomoc\u0301nosti ili beznade\u017enosti<\/li><li>osecaj praznine i otupljenosti<\/li><li>nedostatak interesovanja<\/li><li>nedostatak motivacije<\/li><\/ul><p>Pesimizam se pretvara u osec\u0301aj bezna\u0111a i o\u010daja. Sve je te\u017ee zadr\u017eati suze. Kao prekriven crnim oblakom, \u010dovek na tu\u017ean i negativan na\u010din do\u017eivljava stvarnost \u2013 pro\u0161lost, sada\u0161njost i buduc\u0301nost.<\/p><p>Ne\u017eelenje bilo cega i potpuni osec\u0301aju apatije. Nedostatak \u017eelje za komunikacijom, ne odgovarate na telefonske pozive, ne izlazite iz kuc\u0301e, ne gledate TV. Svemu navedenom  se mo\u017ee pridru\u017eiti slabost i hroni\u010dni umor.<\/p><p>Nestaje radoznalost, interesovanje za vesti, i doga\u0111aje iz sopstvenog \u017eivota. Ono \u0161to je nekada donosilo zadovoljno, uzbu\u0111enje i bilo po\u017eeljno, sada postaje ravnodu\u0161no i opterec\u0301ujuc\u0301e. Omiljeni ljudi, omiljene poslastice, omiljene aktivnosti \u2013 sve to vi\u0161e nije po\u017eeljno. Agedonija se produbljuje \u2013 to jest nemoguc\u0301nost u\u017eivanja.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-42f1c72 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"42f1c72\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>Vitalne funkcije mogu biti ozbiljno naru\u0161ene depresijom:<\/h4><ol><li>Nesanica sa ranim jutarnjim\/kasnim noc\u0301nim bu\u0111enjima, nedostatak sve\u017eine i vedrine posle budjenja (ponekad, naprotiv, prekomerna pospanost u popodnevnim casovima)<\/li><li>O\u0161tar pad apetita do potpunog gubitka u prepodnevnim casovima (retko dolazi do pojave pro\u017edrljivosti na nervnoj bazi)<\/li><li>Smanjenje ili gubitak libida \u2013 seksualnog nagona i osec\u0301anja<\/li><li>\u010cesto se pridru\u017euju nezadovoljstvo sobom, osec\u0301anje inferiornosti i krivice. Ovo dovodi do spremnosti da se postane \u017ertva, da trpi kaznu ili samoka\u017enjavanje.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1b07c3f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1b07c3f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Kao najgori simptom depresije se mogu pojaviti suicidalne tendencije. U po\u010detku su to samo misli o tome kakoje \u017eivot te\u017eak, besmislen i nepotreban. Zatim se javlja sve vi\u0161e misli o smrti i samoubistvu. Mo\u017ee uslediti planiranje i priprema samoubistva. Na kraju slede i prakti\u010dni koraci u poku\u0161ajima da se napusti \u017eivot.<\/p><p><br \/>Ova faza depresije je izuzetno opasan oblik podsvesne borbe sa sopstvenim na\u010dinom \u017eivota. U ovom trenutku je vreme da preispitate svoj \u017eivot i po\u010dnete da pravite drasti\u010dne promene.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-add9d33 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"add9d33\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>U dvadesetom veku na ovu bolest se gledalo kao na naslednu bolest ili kao na reakciju na vecu psihi\u010dku traumu. Razlog za to su biohemijski poremec\u0301aji povezani sa serotoninom, dopaminom i drugim monoaminima. Ovi neurotransmiteri su regulisani lekovima. Pre svega, raznim antidepresivima i sedativima. Me\u0111utim, pokazalo se da to nije dovoljno. Bol u stomaku, bolovi u srcu, promene krvnog pritiska, alergije, ko\u017ene bolesti dovode pacijenta do raznih specijalista. Ako se pravi uzrok bolesti krije u emocionalnoj sferi, bez specifi\u010dnog le\u010denja depresije, ovi problemi nec\u0301e biti re\u0161eni.<\/p><p>Na ovaj nacin se depresija mo\u017ee maskirati, manifestujuc\u0301i se u nekim slu\u010dajevima potpuno kontradiktornim simptomima:<br \/>Sporost i tezina u telu<br \/>Hipreaktivnost, nemirni pokreti<br \/>\u2013 Osec\u0301aj krivice, osec\u0301aj inferiornosti, autoagresija, negativan odnos prema sebi.<br \/>\u2013 Mr\u017enja i agresija prema okolini<br \/>\u2013 Pospanost tokom vec\u0301eg dela dana i noc\u0301i<br \/>\u2013 Povisen apetit<br \/>- Iznenadan gubitak telesne tezine<br \/>- Mnogo raznih problema sa varenjem<br \/>- Kardiovaskularni problemi<br \/>\u2013 Ko\u017ene bolesti, alergije i pseudoalergije<br \/>\u2013 Alkoholizam, zavisnost od tableta, narkomanija<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8b86389 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8b86389\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Ova lista simptoma depresije je beskrajna. Ljudi obolevaju i tra\u017ee pomoc\u0301 na raznim mestima, do\u017eivljavaju razo\u010darenja, padaju u o\u010daj, a pravu pomoc\u0301 na\u0111u tek kada se obrate specijalistima iz oblasti <a href=\"https:\/\/www.refindyourway.com\/sr\/depresija\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">depresija.<\/a>.<\/p><p>Na srec\u0301u, savremene metode le\u010denja depresije daju odli\u010dne rezultate. Ta\u010dna dijagnoza, ispravna strategija le\u010denja, individualno odabrana farmakoterapija, inspirativna psihoterapija i INFOSTART metoda bez lekova \u2013 to su uslovi uspeha.
