To uti\u010de na to kako se pona\u0161amo, osec\u0301amo i razmi\u0161ljamo. Mentalno zdravlje tako\u0111e poma\u017ee u odre\u0111ivanju na\u010dina na koji donosimo odluke, kako se nosimo sa stresom i odnosimo prema drugima. Psihicko zdravlje je va\u017eno u svakoj fazi \u017eivota, od detinjstva i adolescencije do odraslog doba.<\/p><p>Ukoliko tokom \u017eivota imate problema sa psihickim zdravljem, to mo\u017ee uticati na Va\u0161e razmi\u0161ljanje, raspolo\u017eenje i pona\u0161anje. Mnogi faktori doprinose problemima mentalnog zdravlja.<\/p><p>Ovo su neki od ovih faktora:<\/p><ul><li>Biolo\u0161ki faktori uklju\u010duju genetiku i hemiju mozga<\/li><li>Zivotna iskustva (trauma ili zlostavljanje)<\/li><li>Porodi\u010dna istorija - psihicki problemi koji su prisutni u porodici<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c730c12 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c730c12\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Problemi sa mentalnim zdravljem:<\/h2><ol><li>Anksiozni poremecaj (anksioznost)<\/li><li>Depresija<\/li><li>Generalizovani stresni poremec\u0301aj<\/li><li>Fobije<\/li><li>Opsesivno-kompulsivni poremec\u0301aj<\/li><li>Pani\u010dni poremec\u0301aj (Pani\u010dni napadi)<\/li><\/ol><p>Svaka peta osoba u Srbiji ima iskustva sa psihickim problemom neke vrste svake godine.<\/p><p>Istra\u017eivanje od 1997. do 2007, ukazuje da se svaka druga osoba u Srbiji ne ose\u0107a dobro i pati od blagih simptoma depresije \u2013 kod 4,4 odsto \u017eena i 2,4 odsto mu\u0161karaca je dijagnostikovana depresija, pri \u010demu je 55,8 odsto gra\u0111ana Srbije prijavilo teskobu, napor i umor.<\/p><p>Pet odsto stanovni\u0161tva Srbije pati od depresije.<\/p><p>U Srbiji do 12% populacije ima neki oblik socijalne fobije.<\/p><p>Statistika pani\u010dnog poremec\u0301aja otkriva da je prevalenca ovog stanja 2,7 odsto, sa 3,8 odsto \u017eena i 1,6 odsto mu\u0161karaca.<\/p><p>Anksiozni poreme\u0107aji uklju\u010duju pani\u010dni poreme\u0107aj, generalizovani anksiozni poreme\u0107aj, socijalni anksiozni poreme\u0107aj, opsesivno kompulzivni poreme\u0107aj, agorafobiju, Posttraumatski stresni poreme\u0107aj i specifi\u010dne\nfobije<\/p><p>Post <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mind.org.uk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">traumatski<\/a> Jedan od 13 tinejd\u017eera pati od posttraumatskog stresnog poremecaja.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-df0a591 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"df0a591\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"204\" src=\"https:\/\/www.refindyourway.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/mental-health-uk-england-300x204.jpg\" class=\"attachment-medium size-medium wp-image-1417\" alt=\"mental health england\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.refindyourway.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/mental-health-uk-england-300x204.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.refindyourway.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/mental-health-uk-england-18x12.jpg 18w, https:\/\/www.refindyourway.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/mental-health-uk-england.jpg 493w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mental\u00a0 Health Mental health includes our psychological, emotional, and social well-being.
