Svi se ponekad ose\u0107amo uznemireno, tj. anksiozno, ali anksioznost mo\u017ee biti problem mentalnog zdravlja ako su Va\u0161a ose\u0107anja velikog intenziteta ili traju dugo.<\/p><p>Anksioznost se obi\u010dno opisuje kao osec\u0301aj strepnje ili straha u situacijama kada ne postoji stvarna pretnja. Ovaj osec\u0301aj straha je nesrazmeran situaciji sa kojom se suo\u010davate.<\/p><p>Za razliku od stresa, anksioznost traje i nakon \u0161to pro\u0111e odre\u0111ena neprijatna situacija. Stres je obi\u010dno odgovor na spolja\u0161nji uzrok, kao \u0161to je kratak rok na poslu ili sva\u0111a sa nekim. Stres obi\u010dno nestaje ili se smanjuje kada se situacija re\u0161i.<\/p><p>U nekim slu\u010dajevima, anksioznost mo\u017ee eskalirati u anksiozni poremec\u0301aj i mo\u017ee uticati na svakodnevni \u017eivot. Anksioznost je mentalni poremec\u0301aj zbog kojeg osoba osec\u0301a nelagodnost zbog neizvesnosti.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-623c0ad elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"623c0ad\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>\u0160ta je anksioznost?<\/h2><p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Evolucioni zna\u010daj anksioznosti le\u017ei u mobilizaciji tela u ekstremnim situacijama. Odre\u0111eni nivo brige je neophodan za normalan ljudski \u017eivot i produktivnost. <\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\"><strong>Uradite kratak, ali precizan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.refindyourway.com\/sr\/test-anksioznost\/?trp-edit-translation=true\" target=\"_self\">test za anksioznost<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p><p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Normalna anksioznost nam poma\u017ee da se prilagodimo razli\u010ditim situacijama. Javlja se u situacijama kada je veoma va\u017eno da napravimo pravi izbor u objektivno rizicnim situacijama. <\/span><\/p><p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Patolo\u0161ka anksioznost ili zabrinutost iako mo\u017ee biti izazvana spoljnim faktorima, uslovljena je unutra\u0161njim psiholo\u0161kim i somatskim faktorima. Briga i strah su nesrazmerni realnoj opasnosti ili uop\u0161te nisu povezani sa njom. Patoloska anksioznost nije adekvatan zna\u010daju situacije i naglo smanjuje produktivnost i adaptivne sposobnosti.<\/span><\/p><p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> Zbog svega gore navedenog, anksiozni poremec\u0301aj mo\u017ee biti problem ako uti\u010de na Va\u0161u sposobnost da \u017eivite svoj \u017eivot. Ako je Va\u0161a anksioznost stalna, intenzivna, koju je te\u0161ko kontrolisati ili ako je nesrazmerna odredjenoj situaciji, to mo\u017ee biti znak problema sa mentalnim zdravljem.<\/span><\/p><p class=\" translation-block\">Prema broju ljudi koji pate od depresije Srbija je jo\u0161 pre pandemije COVID-19, sa pet odsto obolelih, bila iznad svetskog proseka. Stru\u010dnjaci procenjuju da \u0107e uticaj aktuelne pandemije na mentalno zdravlje ljudi biti veliki i da broj psihi\u010dkih poreme\u0107aja izazvanih stresom \u0161irom sveta bele\u017ei rast. Prema Svetskom ekonomskom forumu, svaka tre\u0107a osoba razvija anksioznost i depresiju prouzrokovanu novonastalom situacijom, a doma\u0107i psihijatri i psiholozi o\u010dekuju sli\u010dan trend u Srbiji.<\/p><p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Vec\u0301ina ljudi do\u017eivljava stres i anksioznost u nekom trenutku svog \u017eivota.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1b5257c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1b5257c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Simptomi anksioznog poremec\u0301aja<\/h2><p>Klini\u010dke manifestacije patolo\u0161kih strahova (anksioznosti) su razli\u010dite i mogu imati karakter napada ili trajnog stanja, manifestujuc\u0301i se kako kroz psihi\u010dke, tako, mozda i cesce, kroz somatske simptome.<\/p><h3>Fizi\u010dki simptomi anksioznog poremec\u0301aja<\/h3><p>Fizi\u010dki simptomi anksioznog poremec\u0301aja su:<\/p><ul><li>srcane aritmije<\/li><li>spazmi u krvnim sudovima<\/li><li>isprekidano disanje<\/li><li>isprekidano disanje<\/li><li>isprekidano disanje<\/li><li>diareja<\/li><li>drhtavica<\/li><li>pojacano znojenje<\/li><li>glad<\/li><li>parestezija \u2013 osec\u0301aj peckanja koji obi\u010dno preovladava u \u0161akama, rukama, nogama ili stopalima, ali se mo\u017ee javiti i u drugim delovima tela<\/li><\/ul><p class=\" translation-block\">Ovi simptomi ponekad prate napade panike. <strong>\u010cesto fizi\u010dki simptomi zamenjuju osec\u0301aj anksioznosti kao takav.<\/strong><\/p><p>Fizi\u010dke manifestacije anksioznosti, kao i te\u0161ki hroni\u010dni stres i depresija, nalaze se u takvim socio-kulturnim sredinama u kojima se mentalni poremec\u0301aji smatraju neprihvatljivim i sramotnim. Ako neko pati od fizi\u010dke bolesti, lak\u0161e je dobiti saosec\u0301anje, pomoc\u0301 i podr\u0161ku od ljudi koji ga okru\u017euju nego kada su to nevidljivi, emocionalni problemi.<\/p><p class=\" translation-block\">Pored toga, somatizacija \u2013 preno\u0161enje emocionalnih problema u <strong>fizi\u010dke simptome<\/strong>, dovodi do brojnih faktora. Ovi faktori su osobine li\u010dnosti fizi\u010dke osetljivosti, trajanja stresa, pa \u010dak i aleksitimije (nesposobnost osobe da verbalizuje svoja osec\u0301anja).<\/p><p>Pored navedenih somatskih simptoma mogu se javiti i simptomi koji se odnose na hroni\u010dnu napetost mi\u0161ic\u0301a, glavobolje, bolove u le\u0111ima i donjem delu ledja, trzaje mi\u0161ic\u0301a itd. Kao rezultat mi\u0161ic\u0301ne napetosti javlja se uporan osec\u0301aj nedostatka energije, hronicnog umora.<\/p><p>Pored toga, vegetativni simptomi su veoma tipi\u010dni za anksioznost:<\/p><ul><li>lupanje srca<\/li><li>aritmija<\/li><li>visok krvni pritisak<\/li><li>tremori<\/li><li>grcevi u stomaku<\/li><li>suva usta<\/li><li>pojacano znojenje<\/li><li>mucnina<\/li><li>diareja<\/li><li>bledoca lica ili crvenilo<\/li><li>problemi sa spavanjem usled nagomilanih misli koje jure kroz glavu<\/li><\/ul><p><strong> Simptomi kao \u0161to su vrtoglavica, svrab, seksualna disfunkcija i alergijske ko\u017ene reakcije su tako\u0111e \u010desti.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6d93f32 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"6d93f32\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"218\" src=\"https:\/\/www.refindyourway.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/anksioznost-300x218.jpg\" class=\"attachment-medium size-medium wp-image-1475\" alt=\"anksioznost i anksioznis poremecaj\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.refindyourway.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/anksioznost-300x218.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.refindyourway.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/anksioznost-18x12.jpg 18w, https:\/\/www.refindyourway.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/anksioznost.jpg 432w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2c9250f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2c9250f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Psiholo\u0161ki simptomi anksioznosti<\/h3><p>Istra\u017eivanja pokazuju da manje od 20% pacijenata primec\u0301uje tipi\u010dne psiholo\u0161ke simptome anksioznosti: osec\u0301aj nesigurnosti, nemir, zabrinutost, stalno planiranje, potreba za super kontrolom situacije, nervoza, razdra\u017eljivost.<\/p><p>Glavni simptomi psiholo\u0161ke anksioznosti su<\/p><ul><li>napetost<\/li><li>negativna osecanja<\/li><li>strah<\/li><li>neopravdani strahovi iz raznih razloga<\/li><li>a osnovni simptom je da ljudi sa anksioznim poremec\u0301ajem apsolutno ne mogu da podnesu neizvesnost<\/li><li>\u00a0razdrazljivost<\/li><li>cesto plakanje<\/li><li>vredjanje ljudi koji nas okruzuju<\/li><li>ekscesivno planiranje do najsitnijih detalja<\/li><\/ul><p>Kada oboleli od anksioznog poremec\u0301aja ugleda vozilo hitne pomoc\u0301i ispred svoje zgrade, odmah pomisli da se ne\u0161to desilo njegovom detetu. Nakon \u0161to shvate da je dete \u017eivo i zdravo, osec\u0301aju olak\u0161anje, ali imaju potrebu da ga izgrde.<\/p><p>Druga situacija je kada mu\u017e kasni, ne odgovara na telefonske pozive, a kada se kona\u010dno vrati kuc\u0301i, \u017eeni koja pati od anksioznosti je laknulo, ali ne mo\u017ee da se uzdr\u017ei da ne vi\u010de na njega \u0161to joj se ne javlja na pozive.<\/p><p class=\" translation-block\">Glavna pitanja za odre\u0111ivanje anksioznog poremec\u0301aja su:<\/p><ol><li>Da li ste se osec\u0301ali uplaseno, zabrinuto, napeto, da li se osec\u0301ate upla\u0161eno vec\u0301inu vremena tokom proteklog meseca?<\/li><li class=\" translation-block\">Da li ste \u010desto napeti, razdra\u017eljivi i slabo spavate?<br><br>Ako je bar jedan odgovor potvrdan, potrebno je obratiti se psihijatru radi daljeg pregleda.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Anxiety Disorder Anxiety is a feeling of unease, worry or fear.
