Napadi obi\u010dno traju od jedne minute do jednog \u010dasa prose\u010dno od dva do \u010detiri puta nedeljno. U nekim slu\u010dajevima napadi nestaju na du\u017ee vreme, da bi se bez vdiljivog razloga ponovo vratili. Te\u017eina napada se mo\u017ee zna\u010dajno razlikovati kod jedne iste osobe.<\/p><p>Pani\u010dni napadi nisu opasni u smislu da mogu biti uzrokom smrti, ali mogu uzrokovati tegobe i u ogromnoj meri \u00abzatrovati\u00bb \u017eivot \u010doveka. Mnogi ljudi sa vremenom postaju sve vi\u0161e uznemireni posle ponovnih napada panike. Kod pacijenata se sa vremenom mo\u017ee pojaviti jedna ili nekoliko fobija i oni mogu po\u010deti da izbegavaju mesta i situacije u kojima su ih zatekli napadi. Ukoliko \u010dovek du\u017ee vremena boluje od napada panike, on mo\u017ee po\u010deti da izbegava planiranje i da se pla\u0161i od putovanja. Sve to ograni\u010dava dru\u0161tveni i porodi\u010dni \u017eivot.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-56c00d3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"56c00d3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Na osnovu podataka istra\u017eivanja, od pani\u010dnih poreme\u0107aja boluje 1,9 \u2013 3,6% stanovni\u0161tva, a po nekim izvorima, do 5%, pri \u010demu se kod \u017eena javlja 2-3 puta \u010de\u0161\u0107e. Pani\u010dni napadi su prisutni ne samo kod odraslih, ve\u0107 i kod dece i adolescenata.<\/p><p>Pani\u010dni poremec\u0301aj nije opasan po zivot, ali mo\u017ee uticati na kvalitet \u017eivota. Mnogi ljudi vremenom postaju sve anksiozniji nakon ponovljenih napada panike.\n\nTokom vremena, pacijenti mogu razviti jednu ili vi\u0161e fobija. Mogu po\u010deti da izbegavaju mesta i situacije u kojima se dogodio napad panike. Ako neko dugo pati od pani\u010dnog poremec\u0301aja, mo\u017ee po\u010deti da izbegava planiranje i da se pla\u0161i putovanja.<\/p><p class=\" translation-block\">Sve ovo ograni\u010dava dru\u0161tveni i porodi\u010dni \u017eivot. Mnogi ljudi vremenom postaju sve anksiozniji nakon ponovljenih napada panike.<\/p><p>Niste sami!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6f02f1f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6f02f1f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Uzroci napada panike (pani\u010dni poremec\u0301aj)<\/h3><p>Prona\u0111eno je mnogo faktora koji izazivaju pojavu pani\u010dnih napada.<\/p><p>Poznati uzroci koji neposredno provociraju njihovu pojavu su slede\u0107i:<\/p><ol><li><h4>1.\tPsihogeni uzroci panicnih napada<\/h4><\/li><\/ol><ul><li>Situacija kulminiraju\u0107eg konflikta (razvod, sva\u0111a sa suprugom, rastanak ili razvod)<\/li><li>O\u0161tri stresni dogadjaj (smrt bliske osobe, bolest ili nesre\u0107an slu\u010daj)<\/li><li>Apstraktni faktori koji deluju po mehanizmu identifikacije ili kontrastava (filmovi, knjige itd.)<\/li><\/ul><h4>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 2. Biolo\u0161ki uzroci napada panike<\/h4><ul><li>Hormonske promene (trudno\u0107a, poro\u0111aj, prekid dojenja, klimaks)<\/li><li>Po\u010detak seksualnih odnosa, uzimanje hormosnkih preparata, abortus<\/li><li>Uzimanje hormonskih preparata<\/li><li>Abortus<\/li><li>Menstruacija<\/li><\/ul><h4>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 3. Fiziolo\u0161ki uzroci napada panike<\/h4><ul><li>Zloupotreba alkohola<\/li><li>Meteoropatski faktori<\/li><li>Preteran fizi\u010dki rad<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-289faba elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"289faba\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Simptomi pani\u010dnih napada<\/h2><p>Pani\u010dni poreme\u0107aj se manifestuje u mladom, socijalno aktivnom uzrastu, do 30-35 godina. <strong><span class=\"ILfuVd\"><span class=\"hgKElc\">Pani\u010dni poremec\u0301aj je anksiozni poremec\u0301aj kod kojeg redovno imate iznenadne napade panike ili straha.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p><p>Glavni simptom pani\u010dnog poreme\u0107aja su simptomi te\u0161ke uznemirenosti (pani\u010dni napad) koji nije ograni\u010den na odre\u0111enu situaciju ili sredinu i stoga su nepredvidivi.<\/p><p>Neobja\u0161njivi, mu\u010dni napad straha ili pani\u010dni napad se dijagnozira u slu\u010dajevima naglog napada straha.<\/p><p>Napad panike je \u010desto prac\u0301en osec\u0301ajem neposredne smrti ili <a href=\"https:\/\/www.refindyourway.com\/anxiety\/\">anksioznosti<\/a> i ili osec\u0301aj unutra\u0161nje napetosti sa simptomima povezanim sa panikom.<\/p><p>Neophodno je prisustvo \u010detiri ili vi\u0161e simptoma ni\u017ee nabrojanih kako bi se dijagnosticirao panicni poremecaj:<\/p><ol><li>Ubrzano lupanje srca<\/li><li>Znojenje<\/li><li>Tremor, drhtavica<\/li><li>\u00a0Ose\u0107aj nedostatka vazduha ili gu\u0161enja<\/li><li>Bol i neprijatnost u levoj polovini grudnog ko\u0161a<\/li><li>Mu\u010dnina i neprijatnost u abdomenu, retka stolica<\/li><li>Vrtoglavica, nemir ili kla\u0107enje u hodu, ose\u0107aj lako\u0107e u glavi ili stanje pred gubljenje svesti<\/li><li>Ose\u0107aj derealizacije, depersonalizacije<\/li><li>Strah od smrti, strah od gubljenja razuma ili \u010dinjenja nekontrolisanog postupka<\/li><li>Ose\u0107aj onemljenosti ili bockanja u ekstremitetima<\/li><li>\u00a0Ose\u0107aj vreline ili hladno\u0107e<\/li><li>Ose\u0107aj knedle u grlu<\/li><li>Nepravilan hod<\/li><li>Pogor\u0161an vid i sluh<\/li><li>Spazmi u rukama i nogama<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a021f41 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a021f41\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Klini\u010dki simptomi se javljaju iznenada i dosti\u017eu vrhunac u toku 10 minuta. <strong>Pani\u010dni napad traje od 15 do 30 minuta, kod nekih pacijenata mogu\u0107e i du\u017ee.<\/strong>kod nekih pacijenata mogu\u0107e i du\u017ee.<\/p><p><strong> Napadi panike se javljaju uglavnom u budnom stanju <\/strong>dok su u snu krajnje retki. Pani\u010dni napadi imaju tendenciju ponavljanja pri \u010demu se sa vremenom de\u0161avaju sve \u010de\u0161\u0107e.<\/p><p><strong>Frekvencija napada varira od jednog dnevno do jednog u nekoliko meseci.<\/strong>Prose\u010dna u\u010destalost je 2 do 4 u toku jedne sedmice.<\/p><p>S obzirom da su napadi krajnje neprijatni, dodaje se i stalni strah od njihovog javljanja.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-352e49e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"352e49e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Mogu li imati napad panike samo jednom?<\/h3><p>Pani\u010dni napad koji se dogodio jedanput se ne mo\u017ee smatrati oboljenjem.<\/p><p>Mnogi ljudi pre\u017eivljavaju takvo stanje bar jednom u \u017eivotu.
